PE Announcements
We are currently in our soccer unit right now until the beginning of October, when flag football will begin. On top of that we are spending one day a week to focus only on fitness, while also having one day a week to test students. Right now we are currently doing the mile weekly as that test. Fitness testing is also coming up sometime in October! All students will be tested in four areas (the mile or Pacer run), push-up test, sit-up test, and the sit & reach test. These tests will help determine the students current level of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
